Types and characteristics of terminals

Publish Time: 2024-03-22

Terminals are mainly divided into general terminals, connection terminals, test terminals, test connection terminals, insurance terminals, optical isolation terminals, terminal terminals, etc. The following are the characteristics of various terminals:

1. General terminals: suitable for connecting wires or cables inside and outside the screen, and for connecting wires on both sides of the same circuit.

2. Connection terminals: The upper and lower adjacent terminals can be connected through the opening on the insulating base, allowing various circuits to be connected or separated.

3. Test terminal: Generally in the AC voltage circuit, it is convenient to avoid TA lead when connecting the test instrument.

4. Test connection terminals: terminals that can not only provide testing, but also can be used in parallel or separately.

5. Fuse terminal: Used in places where the circuit must be easily disconnected, such as connecting an AC voltage circuit.

6. Optical isolation terminal: equipped with optical isolation components, suitable for opening into the loop.

7. Terminal terminal: a terminal block used to fix or separate different installation units.

In addition, there are also terminals with specific functions, such as tubular wiring terminals, cold-pressed terminals, copper noses, wiring blocks, plug-in terminals, etc., which have unique applications and characteristics in their respective fields.
